I provide ear wax removal for clients aged 18 and over. I can also see young people aged 14–17 with parental or guardian consent, and a parent or guardian must be present during the appointment.
In most cases, ear drops may be recommended to soften wax before removal. If drops are needed, this will be discussed when you book your appointment.
No. Cotton buds can push wax deeper into the ear canal and increase the risk of blockage or injury. It's best to avoid inserting anything into the ear.
